Mr. John, Lam Kwok Sang

Mr. John, Lam Kwok Sang is the founder of “GL”. John is the Authorized Person registered under Buildings Ordinance and also the Registered Professional Surveyor (Building Surveyor).

John has been practicing in the industry for over 18 years and have been enriched with wide range of experience both in Real Estate, Building Construction, Licensing Services, Condition Survey and Project Management.

John is also the Professional Member of the following high regards Professional Bodies: -

•  Member of Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors
•  Member of Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors
• Member of Hong Kong Institution of Construction Manager
• Member of Chartered Institute of Building

John has been working in various sectors in the Real Estate and Construction Industry. In the past, he has rendered his professional knowledge and services in world-wide international consultancy office and large – scale construction Projects including MTR station, Science Park, Residential Buildings and Public Housing.

Mr. Richard, Cheung Kwok Ho

is the Authorized Person registered under Buildings Ordinance and also the Registered Professional Surveyor (Building Surveyor). Richard has been practicing in the industry over 35 years. He is actively serving as an Authorize Person in all facets of the building industry in particular licensing for Clubs, elderly homes, rehabilitation centres, educational institutions hotels, guest house etc.

Mr. Lawrence Hui Wai Hung

is the team lead of Architectural Design. Lawrence is the qualified Architect and Authorized Person of Hong Kong. Since Lawrence completed his Architectural Studies from University of Hong Kong, Lawrence has been practicing in the industry for almost 20 years. His expertise covers the building design, interior design, large –scale residential development of Hong Kong.

Mr. Cheuk Yiu Pan

is the Registered Professional Surveyor and also qualified professional member in HKIS. Mr. Cheuk has been practicing in the industry over 12 years. His expertise is on project management of large scale renovation project and various type of A&A works management. Pan is also a practicing “Expert” and also acts as the “Direct Professional Access” with Barrister in some legal case. Mr. Cheuk mainly contributes the professional services of building surveying in “GL”.

Mr. Miller Tong Yuen Ming

completes his education in both Valuation and Building Surveying. He is undergoing professional training as qualified professional member in HKIS. Mr. Tong has been practicing on project management of various type of renovation and A&A project in the pasting year. His expertise contributes the professional services of building surveying in “GL”.

Mr. Ivan, Kwong Wai Kin

is the professional interior designer and the Guest Lecturer in Tertiary Institution for Bachelor level in design studies. Mr. Ivan Kwong has been practicing in the industry over 15 years. Ivan mainly contributes the professional interior design services in “GL”.

Mr. William, Tang Kam Yue

is the team lead of Structural Engineering in “GL” and has been practicing in the industry over 18 years. Since he obtained his first degree from University of Hong Kong, he has contributed his knowledge both in consultancy firm and civil construction projects. His expertise covers wide range of structural engineering design in both new and existing building.

Mr. Mike, Mak Chi Man

is the degree holder of Engineering and Building Surveying. He has been practicing in the industry over 10 years. He is undergoing professional training as qualified professional member in HKIS. Mike experienced in project management of renovation project and A&A project. He has been practicing on design development. His expertise contributes the professional services of building surveying in “GL”.

Mr. Samson Tam Ming Hong

completes his education in Aeronautical Engineering. He is responsible for the technical services support for a portfolio of properties in Hong Kong. His main scopes of work include day-today technical team operation, E&M technical services problemsolving, procurement and monitoring, technical advisory and project management.
