New development of the black box theater. The project was heavily restricted by the budget and the existing site constraint. GBE needs to consider both practicality, durability and budgetary concerns. The structure was proposed to be steel structure to achieve the light weight. The enclosure wall was by concrete block wall system to enhance both the sound proof and weather proof performance.
