Refurbishment of the logistic warehouse was not straight-forward as imagined. This involved planning forward to the logistic demand, warehouse operation, parcel and goods logistic in the entire facilities.

The flat roof in the building was something very useful and cater a good outdoor space. This project was to convert the existing flat roof to the greenery flat roof. This involved the upgrading to the water proofing system, planter, protective barrier and the entire surface water dicharge.

The Client is the famous Japanese company, Seiko. The factory building was under poor condition with serious water seepage . A renovation with roofing was carried in 2013 under “GBE” supervision and the project was successful completed with the appreciation from the top management of Japanese office.

The site is highly complex, and the piping works was badly suspended for 6 years. “GBE” is appointed as Project Manager in 8^th year to kick start and get approval for construction. The project was successfully re-started in 2015 and finished in 2020
